Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use or Legal Notice (GTCS) accessible on the website of the Marketplace platform " B8st" www.b8st.io (hereinafter, "the Website" or "Marketplace Platform"), owned by the Andorran company "SYNOVA, SLU" (hereinafter, "SYNOVA" or "the Website Owner"), registered in the Companies Register of the Government of the Principality of Andorra. Its registered office is located at Carrer Pere d'Urg, number 10-12, Edifici Ag-Monducal, 5th floor, AD500 Andorre la Vieille (Principality of Andorra), and it is represented by Maxime Julien Victor PIERRE in his capacity as Director.

Article 1: Definitions

• B8st Marketplace Platform: Website owned by SYNOVA, SLU, enabling Customers to contract access services to diversified multimedia content in return for a subscription.
• Owner of the Website and the B8st Marketplace Platform: SYNOVA, SLU.
• Customers/Users: Natural persons, professionals or private individuals benefiting from access to content published on the Platform after registration and payment of a subscription.
• GCS: General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to Customers/Users of the B8st Marketplace.
• Personal data: Information enabling a person to be identified, directly or indirectly (e.g. name, address).
• Processing: operations carried out on Personal Data (e.g. collection, storage, modification).

Article 2: Purpose

These GTC define the conditions of sale and use of digital content accessible via the B8st Marketplace Platform. SYNOVA offers a subscription service enabling Users to access content distributed on the platform. Product/service prices can be viewed on the B8st Marketplace at the URL b8st.io.

Article 3: Scope of application

The GCS apply to any request or purchase of content made by a Customer on the Platform. The applicable GCS are those in force on the date of the order.

Article 4: Service management

Service

The Marketplace platform offers tools for registration, subscription payment and direct access to content. An invoice is issued for each payment, whether one-off or recurring.

Service access

Access to the Platform is reserved for adults with legal capacity. This access is strictly personal and requires the creation of an account, with the provision of accurate information.

Article 5: Duration and termination of the contractual relationship

The GTC are valid for one year, tacitly renewable, unless terminated by e-mail to: support@b8st.io. Early termination by the customer does not entitle the customer to any refund.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

The Customer may cancel the contract within 7 calendar days of acceptance of the GTC, provided that he has not accessed the Service. All cancellations must be made in writing.

Article 7: Compliance with policies

The Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions and the policies of the Platform available on b8st.io.

Article 8: Billing data

The customer must provide accurate billing details: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number and address.

Article 9: Obligations of the parties

The Customer is responsible for the use of his subscription and undertakes not to infringe the laws or values of the platform. SYNOVA undertakes to provide access to content in accordance with the GTC.

Article 10: Applicable law and dispute resolution

These GTC are governed by Andorran law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to mediation or arbitration via the Court of Arbitration of the Principality of Andorra (TAPA).
